Zen School of Shiatsu Advanced Training

Advanced Course Students want more supervised practice to help them sustain ki-connection throughout the more academic studies of their final year. They would like two additional requirements:
To repeat the basic Practical Certificate Course during the final year
To attend monthly Supervised Practice sessions (a Wednesday evening spaced between Professional weekends for preference), which should also be open to Intermediate and Basic Level students, and students from other schools.

They want feedback from Teachers to correct imbalances in ki-connection; teachers to share this feedback; student access to the shared feedback.

(Sharing the feedback info could be done by allotting each student their own web page with confidential access by the individual student and all teachers. Such a web-page could be converted on graduation to an practitioner info-sheet with bio and picture linked to the Zen Shiatsu Society practitioner register.)

These ideas from students hit the same mark as the teachers' ideas for student retention. I've asked for comments from teachers by Friday 11th March. I will then circulate a proposal for consideration by teachers and students.

Any student comments at this stage are very welcome: click on the Comments link below:
